Firefox Tracking & Equipment Limited is a privately owned logistics company based in Lusaka Zambia. It was founded in December 2018. During these years, Firefox has been successful in providing transportation all over Southern Africa. The business continues to grow from strength to strength, focusing on the provision of transporting machinery, goods, and services across Southern Africa.

DELIVERY

  • To ensure the continued delivery of our high quality and prompt services, the following measures are in place:
    • Driver performance is continually monitored using satellite surveillance and management systems in all vehicles. Details of each trip are recorded and assessed to ensure the safety of the drivers, vehicles and goods transported;
    • Delivery times on all routes are strictly monitored;
    • The centralized operations office in Lusaka constantly monitors all vehicles to ensure proper fleet management. The operations office is available for reporting to all clients 24/7.
    • All trucks are equipped with mobile phones and satellite tracking.
    • Policy, and random checks are implemented through Firefox on all personnel. A policy of “Zero Tolerance” against theft and is enforced.
